AC EV charger installation
We, the expert team at Smart Era Consulting, carry out AC EV charger installations in corporate, industrial, condominium and commercial environments, tailored to the electrical capacity of the site and the users’ needs — for example, 11 kW chargers or 22 kW chargers.
Fast. Safe. Future-proof AC charging.
AC EV charger installation is now an essential part of modern corporate and residential infrastructure. Smart Era Consulting provides a full range of services: on-site surveys, technical and electrical planning, selection of the appropriate wall charger or Wallbox (including 11 kW and 22 kW options), as well as installation and commissioning. We design for three-phase charging options, integrate intelligent load management and, where necessary, provide user identification and consumption metering to support billing.
AC charging point design
Based on the site’s electrical capacity, the vehicles’ charging profiles and the available connection, we design the optimal AC charging points. We determine the required power (for example, 11 kW or 22 kW), the number of charge points, and the protection and metering solutions, taking into account future expansion and the possibility of Wallbox installations.
Intelligent load management
Our dynamic load management systems enable optimal allocation of available electrical power among multiple AC charging points. This reduces the risk of network overload, supports three-phase charging and often avoids costly grid upgrades. Our solutions can be integrated with existing Wallbox installations and smart monitoring systems.
Installation and commissioning
We undertake the full installation of AC chargers, the electrical connections, the configuration of protective components and metering systems, as well as the commissioning and operational checks of the chargers. During handover we verify communication functions, load management and the correct integration of energy consumption measurement to ensure predictable operation.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY
Modern charging infrastructure consists of several elements: the appropriate network connection, quality wall chargers (Wallbox), metering and intelligent control. During planning we take into account current needs, available capacity and future expandability so that your charging system is safe, energy-efficient and scalable.
AC EV charging solutions
AC chargers — including wall chargers and Wallbox solutions — are ideal for home, condominium, office and workplace charging. Smart Era Consulting helps select the ideal power (for example, 11 kW or 22 kW) and provides installation as well as the establishment of appropriate protections and metering points.
DC fast-charging systems
DC fast chargers provide a fast, high-power solution at busy locations. If a site requires DC charging, we design the necessary electrical infrastructure and protection systems, taking into account the possibility of cooperation with AC charging points as well.
Charging points for corporate fleets
For corporate fleets we design and build scalable, monitored charging networks that handle multiple vehicles charging simultaneously. We provide user identification, central monitoring and consumption metering to ensure fleet operation is efficient and cost-conscious.
Condominium EV charging
For condominiums we pay special attention to intelligent sharing of connection capacity, individual consumption metering and ensuring billability. We design systems that support residents’ needs and simplify Wallbox installation and operation in a communal environment.
Smart charging and billing
Smart charging systems enable remote monitoring, user identification (e.g. RFID), consumption metering and detailed reporting. This makes energy costs transparent and simplifies billing for both companies and condominiums.
Electrical network and protection
The safety of an electric vehicle charging installation is founded on a properly sized electrical network and appropriate protection. We check the connection capacity, provide recommendations for cabling, distribution and overcurrent protection solutions, and ensure the system complies with the relevant standards.
