UPS System Design and Redundant Power Supply

UPS System Design and Redundant Power Supply

We design and implement reliable power supply systems for industrial, corporate and critical IT environments.

Safety. Redundancy. Continuous operation.

UPS system design and the implementation of redundant power supply are essential in every facility where even a brief power outage or voltage fluctuation could cause significant operational, data security or production risks. Our company designs and installs reliable power supply solutions for industrial plants, office buildings, server rooms, data centres and other critical facilities. We manage the entire process, from assessing energy requirements and critical loads through the design of UPS systems, generators, transfer switches and electrical distribution systems to commissioning. The required level of power supply redundancy is always determined based on the specific technology, the permissible downtime and the risks associated with the company’s operations. When designing electrical redundancy, we pay particular attention to reducing single points of failure, providing backup power paths and ensuring system maintainability. Our solutions support the continuous operation of server room power supply systems, data centre power supply systems and industrial technologies. Our goal is to create a critical power supply infrastructure that reliably protects the company’s operations and remains scalable over the long term.

UPS System Design

Based on the power demand, operational requirements and required backup time of critical loads, we design the appropriate UPS system configuration. We define the required capacity, topology, redundancy and battery capacity of the equipment.

Backup Power Supply

We create reliable power supply systems using UPS systems, generators, automatic transfer switches and independent power paths. The systems are tailored to the operation of the specific facility and the permissible downtime.

Installation and Commissioning

We undertake the installation, connection, system integration and commissioning of power supply systems. Before handover, we verify the operation of the individual devices and the complete backup power supply process.

CONTINUOUS POWER SUPPLY FOR CRITICAL SYSTEMS

Modern reliable power supply is based on the coordinated operation of several interconnected electrical systems. We design UPS units, generators, automatic transfer switches, distribution equipment and monitoring solutions as a unified system. During the design process, we consider the priority of critical loads, the required backup time and the possibility of future capacity expansion. This creates a power supply infrastructure that supports continuous operation even in the event of grid disturbances or a complete power outage.

UPS System Design

When designing a UPS system, we determine the power demand, load profile and required backup time of the loads to be protected. We select the UPS topology and redundancy level most suitable for the application. The system is tailored to current requirements and future scalability.

Redundant Power Supply

The purpose of redundant power supply is to ensure that the failure of a device or power supply branch does not cause critical loads to shut down. We implement N+1, 2N or other architectures tailored to business risks. Parallel system branches are separated technically and, where possible, physically.

Electrical Redundancy

Electrical redundancy may include multiple incoming supplies, independent distribution routes and dual power supply options. We examine transfer points, cable routes and single points of failure. The system architecture is designed to maintain power supply even during maintenance or equipment failure.

Generator Installation

During generator installation, we determine the required capacity, starting conditions and fuel supply requirements. The equipment is integrated with the automatic transfer switch system and the UPS infrastructure. The solution ensures continuity during longer grid outages.

Server Room Power Supply

Server room power supply design covers everything from the incoming supply to the rack power distribution units. We install UPS systems, backup power paths, distribution boards and monitored measurement points. The system is tailored to the power demand, availability requirements and future expansion of the servers.

Data Centre Power Supply

When designing data centre power supply, we create a highly available, redundant and easily monitored electrical infrastructure. We coordinate the grid supply, UPS systems, generators and rack-level power distribution. The goal is to ensure that critical IT loads continue to operate safely in the event of a grid disturbance or system failure.
