Server room cooling
We design and implement server room cooling solutions for data center, industrial and corporate environments. SmartERA offers a comprehensive service: from heat load calculation and on-site surveys, through selecting precision air conditioning and in-row cooling, to designing cold aisle and hot aisle layouts, and then to installation, system integration and commissioning. Our goal is to provide you with a secure, energy-efficient and easily expandable server room environment.
Precision air conditioning. Reliable cooling, scalable redundancy.
Cooling the server room is of strategic importance: continuous and precise temperature control guarantees the reliability of IT equipment. Our service includes heat load calculation, designing precision air conditioning and in-row cooling, and optimizing the cold aisle/hot aisle layout. From implementation through system integration and commissioning to ongoing operational support, we handle everything in one place and ensure redundant cooling is provided to maintain continuous operation.
Server room cooling design
Based on a detailed site survey and heat load calculation, we determine the required cooling capacity, rack- and row-level requirements, and the optimal configuration of cold and hot aisles. We propose a combination of precision air conditioning, in-row cooling and a redundant refrigeration system to provide you with a stable, operationally reliable environment.
In-row and precision cooling
In-row cooling and precision air conditioning units, tailored directly to the server racks’ heat load, provide the most efficient cooling. Combined with cold aisle solutions, they reduce the risk to IT equipment and increase energy efficiency. In our designs we take airflow, cooling redundancy and operational requirements into account.
Installation and commissioning
We undertake full installation of precision air conditioning and in-row systems, installation of piping and HVAC components, and integration of necessary control and safety systems. At handover we test cooling performance and system communication, set up monitoring and provide documented commissioning.
SERVER ROOM COOLING SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY
A server room cooling system is more than just installing cooling units: airflow design, cold and hot aisle configuration, heat load calculation and integration of redundant cooling units are all crucial. During design we consider the energy resources available to you, operational requirements and future expansion possibilities to provide a reliable, energy-efficient solution for the long term.
Precision cooling units
Precision cooling units are specifically designed for server room environments: they provide strict temperature and humidity control with minimal fluctuations. We identify the optimal model and configuration and integrate it into your existing infrastructure with energy efficiency in mind.
In-row cooling systems
In-row cooling places cooling modules directly between server racks, reducing airflow losses and increasing precision. This solution is ideal for high-density racks where traditional air handling does not provide sufficient control. We design and integrate in-row units into existing infrastructure.
Redundant cooling and operational reliability
For corporate data centers and critical IT systems we design redundant cooling architectures that minimize the risk of downtime. We use multi-layered solutions: parallel cooling units, automatic switchover and monitoring to ensure continuous operation.
Cold aisle and hot aisle design
Designing cold aisle and hot aisle (cold aisle / hot aisle) layouts is key to airflow efficiency. We assist in designing both containerized and fixed configurations as well as implementing containment systems that significantly reduce energy consumption and improve cooling precision.
Heat load calculation and monitoring
With precise heat load calculations and real-time monitoring we ensure cooling always matches the current load. By integrating sensors, environmental meters and remote monitoring systems we monitor temperature, humidity and cooling performance, with alarm and reporting capabilities.
System integration and redundancy
Integrating the cooling system with electrical and backup power, the BMS and monitoring systems is critical. We design UPS and backup cooling strategies, configure automatic switchover and redundant cooling elements, and offer long-term maintenance and support services.
