Design of custom measuring machines and measurement stations

We support industrial quality management by designing measuring machines and developing custom measurement stations: sensor integration, data acquisition, PLC control and automated quality inspection, with detailed measurement reports provided from a single source.

We start the development of custom measurement stations with an on-site survey: we determine the required measurement points, sensors and communication protocols. We design the mechanical and electrical construction, develop the PLC control and data acquisition system, and after system integration and commissioning we provide comprehensive support.

Measuring machine design

During measuring machine design we define measurement accuracy, the required sensors and the data collection strategy. We consider manufacturing processes and future expandability to ensure reliable and reproducible measurements.

Sensor integration and data acquisition

With sensor integration and centralized data collection we monitor manufacturing parameters in real time. The system automatically collects data, enabling fast fault detection, analytics and the automation of quality control.

Implementation, calibration and commissioning

We handle full installation of measuring devices and stations, electrical connections, sensor installation, PLC programming, as well as system calibration and commissioning. At handover we provide a detailed measurement report and operational documentation.

Custom measurement stations

Custom measurement stations support the operation of laboratories, production lines and quality inspection points. Stations with tailored sensor sets and data collection provide accurate, documented measurements.

Automated quality inspection

Our automated quality inspection systems perform fast, reliable tests using built-in sensors and machine vision. Test cycles and data collection based on PLC control enable real-time decision support and fault reporting.

Sensor integration

We integrate a wide range of sensors (temperature, force, displacement, current, machine vision) with PLCs and data acquisition systems. Data is available under centralized monitoring and can be connected to enterprise IT systems.

Data acquisition and measurement reports

Our systems continuously collect measurement data, from which we produce detailed, auditable measurement reports and summaries. Data can be exported and integrated into quality assurance processes.

PLC control and automation

With PLC-based control we automate measurement processes and production tests. We use standard communication protocols (e.g. Modbus, OPC UA) for SCADA and cloud connectivity, ensuring remote monitoring and diagnostics.

Quality control and measurement reports

Reliable measurements are based on calibration and compliance. During implementation we verify measuring instruments, document measurement uncertainty, and deliver measurement reports that comply with applicable standards.
